"Majority plums from our own orchard co-fermented with highest quality apples and small percentage of red grapes.
Approximatly half of it stored in old oak barrels from Claus Preisinger and half in glass fiber. Blended in tank another
half year before bottled in May 2023. Mature and ripe notes of plums and almonds together with fresh acidity." - 6,0% ABV !
