Fruktstereo - Daft Frukt 2022

"Daft Frukt is a sparkling fruit wine / pét-nat and is our take on a “house blend”. After racking every cuvee during the season we keep the leftovers with the lees in tanks during the entire season until bottling in the end of the vintage.
A co-fermentation of apples, pears, grapes and quince with a rosé/orange hint and lots of tropical flavours." - Fruktstereo
